Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
